Didn't rallies eventually start getting cancelled or at least showing up in much more wayward venues because the big cities starting demanding payment up front from Turmp?

According to my (lovely) memory it was absolutely a thing, yes, but finding evidence of it is nigh impossible as Trump has rallies seemingly every other day, and the news shows cancellations of many of them due to things like weather and or things like college campuses realizing their students would riot at letting a glorified Nazi dictator host a rally.

It's fascinating that Trump can attack the Kochs directly, and it makes no difference. All that money, all that influence, and it means nothing compared to Trump.

Its kind of not misinformation ,but Carter actually put his peanut farm in a blind trust and then later sold it because it was deeply in debt. He was not "forced" to sell it before his presidency.

None of the big court cases Trump is involved with have reached a verdict yet have they? What about him being banned from doing business in New York? Do campaign rallies count as business because of how that's often handled by some kind of company? Is there an expected timeline for all this? How much of this year should we expect him having to be in court?

There's zero reason for him to do a rally in NY regardless. A lot will depend on how much he can delay, but a lot of his time will be split between campaigning and court.
