i forget what page it was people were talking about payments, but to answer that: in general it's pretty difficult to compel payments from bank accounts, but it does happen. mostly the plaintiff needs to show that the person they're trying to get money from has a known habit of aggressively refusing to pay their bills, which, uh, isn't hard to do in trump's case when he's stiffed many entire CITIES. and at that point you get orders to loot standing money out of their bank accounts (which all have to KYC you so your banks definitely know who you are and can absolutely be compelled to turn over account information to the government), and/or garnish your earnings. all of that takes a lot of time though so what's most likely to happen is that trump will die in the next 2-ish years and Carrol will have a claim against his estate.

Now he's a confirmed rapist who's already embroiled in another legal proceeding related to the defamation case that he lost and can't seem to shut the gently caress up about, he is on the verge of losing all his business licenses in New York, and he has 91 criminal charges spread across four indictments (some of which are state-level charges that can't be handled by a presidential pardon). Maybe wait until some actual verdicts are handed down before dooming and glooming like this?

Court / legal stuff tends to move slow, and unless you have a firm grasp of the logistics of running a trial or hearing, it can be extremely frustrating to watch these things unfold at their own pace. Rules of evidence, for example, tend to drive laypeople insane. Cerrtain examples . circumstances notwithstanding (like the Florida Chudge trying to slow-walk the J6 case), court is where these things will be most effective, as the courts generally aren't influenced by day-to-day posting. even without the verdicts, look at a photo of trump a year ago vs any picture of him at the iowa caucus and tell me that poo poo hasn't mattered a huge part of trump's god-emperor facade with the chuds is that people came at him with tons of stuff for like 15 years, and he never once lost that signature dumbfuck smile, his swagger, his aura of invincibility. even if you want to somehow say that none of the verdicts will matter, just the process of bringing them has shown everyone who cares to look that the "god-emperor" can bleed.
