I felt like Zoolander 2 was fine. Much like Coming 2 America or Anchorman 2 its more a passable nostalgia fuelled one off curiosity watch that will not make you wish they never made a third one, but also not really even make you think about if they ever should make a third one.

She even seems more confident and comfortable in her own skin. A lot of early CG shows and movies worked around its limitations by having minimal or no human characters and focusing on nonhuman ones that are easier to animate. Beast Wars, War Planets/Shadow Raiders, Toy Story, A Bug's Life and Antz. Uncanny valley and whatnot.

guess we already moved onto Shrek chat, but a former pitchfork reviewer wrote about it and distilled it down to "yeah they were hated, but lovely opinionated reviews made you think about how they were wrong" and that going back to rescore albums that were good before their time is pretty gross I miss humans talking about contemporary music. Spotify and apple have fully reinvented clear channel with their label partnerships (which is only going to get worse now that they're fully buying labels). all the hype about algorithms has only masked that they put their thumbs on the scale for labels who can pay for it. anyone wanna drop some good blogs (substacks? idk) for finding good music? oh poo poo, I guess hype machine is still running, is it still good?
