I've tried making salsa several times before the internet was a thing and I found it always tasted like it was missing several things. Pace in a blender is better than any salsa Ive ever made lol

The trick is just roasting all the vegetables and adding a tablespoon or more of adobo sauce Basically really simple Tomato Onion Poblano Green Bell Pepper Garlic Cilantro Jalapeno if you want Adobo sauce Just roast every thing you can then dump it all in a blender or food processor
