Dan Campbell, in one postseason, potentially tripling the amount of Lions playoff wins since 1958 would warrant the creation of a song and/or a dance, so that future generations might know of his greatness.

Also 2-0 and even 3-0 in the superbowl don’t mean poo poo. The 49ers were 5-0 before their loss in 2012.

It is weird, even though the 49ers won, I feel like they lost. Like I was so mentally prepared for a loss with how bad they were the first 3 quarters, I feel disappointed about the outcome even though I wanted them to win.

The rookie kicker who made 60/61 XP and was right in the middle of the league in FG percentage? No.

They played like poop from a butt and looked like the worse team. Especially Purdy, I am not accustomed to seeing him play like that, he missed like ten throws that were short and easy and should've been automatic. Lucky thing Love missed a few throws too, he missed about three passes over the middle where he threw behind the receiver, except he paid for it more than Purdy with a pick and some failed third down conversions. Despite the win I hope they are having some hard conversations this next week, because that was not it

The weather conditions definitely contributed to both teams looking like poo poo. They may have looked like poo poo without the conditions but the conditions definitely helped.

Lot of 49ers DB were slipping. Kyle realy needs them to practice in the rain or sprinklers or some poo poo. Purdy is not good in the rain.

Purdy's played like three games in the rain, it has to be something he works on this offseason. It only rains in Santa Clara during playoff moths, so it's hard to practice during the season. I don't think anyone would be happy if they turned on the hoses and wasted a ton of water, either.

FizFashizzle posted:just dunk the ball in water before the snap. If it's just his grip, sure, but you can't spend an entire practice doing that unless the game is for sure going to be in the rain. Two practices once a year isn't enough. I think he needs the experience on top of the grip, though. Rain drag on the ball and vision are just as important as "slippery ball."
