It was called EGATrek and Klingons were the Vandals. It was just a command screen type deal with a grid map where you moved from sector to sector and blew up Vandal ships which were Klingon ships and you had to manage weapons, shields, hull, etc. Some sectors were starbases where you could repair and realod or whatever.
