Posobiec told Military Times Thursday that his security clearance was “reviewed” earlier this year and he resigned from the Office of Naval Intelligence in March and filed a complaint with the Inspector General claiming a “toxic work climate” and saying his chain of command treated him poorly due to his personal political beliefs. He said he never advocated for Trump in the office or on duty.

Posobiec had previously gained notoriety online for pushing a host of conspiracy theories. He reportedly tried to sabotage an anti-Trump protest by holding up a sign that said: “Rape Melania.” Posobiec told Military Times that the Melania sign claim was false and that was investigated by the Secret Service and he was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Honestly, I'd say 10 percent at most. The rest are misguided, wholly poisoned and manipulated with disinformation (Mark Twain's quote on how his mother was near saintly but wholly supported slavery because that's what her church told her was good), or locked up in other rear end in a top hat poses, like always vote next to the R, no matter what. And of those 10 percent, I really only think 2 or 3 percent (in total, not of the 10 percent) fully agree with all of Trump's poo poo. The rest is sunk cost fallacy, beetles loving beer bottles, and general FYGM.

I suspect human society has always followed these rough percentages. It's just in the last few decades that we can fully see the forest for the trees. Which means, maybe, it can be the hinge on a needed great change? I mean, no harm in having hope.
