the keys are where the rubber hits the road and and pbt is like fuckin pirellis while abs is like those hollow plastic tyres you get on cheap babies tricycles

one of the biggest boons those keychrons have is a lot (not all I think) have pbt out the gate double shot too so the legends will never wear out shine thru would be nice and arguably better than just colours behind the keys, but it for the price it’s extremely hard to care about

agreeing with echi re:PBT but be careful not all pbt keycaps are created equal, I got a cooler master kb a while ago which had PBT keys and they were awful, barely felt like PBT. they ended up getting shiny kind of like abs, just took a little longer to do so
