Also, are you calculating their ages so they're dynamically adjusted as time goes by, or are they static values that you'd have to manually change on a given entry's birthday?

Right now I’m just gonna have to check if they had a birthday. It’s set up to automatically tally whatever points that cell reads to the individual lists when the name is altered or removed. Dynamic age adjustment is definitely a possibility when time allows. I would like to make this spreadsheet as solid as possible so it can be reused each year. It has been quite a bit of work…but it’s a labor of ❤️
