As for french Canadien content, was anyone exposed to "Les filles de caleb" and its branched series "blanche?". It felt like Anne of Green gables, but with a lot of abuse towards women. Would recommend "Louis et la faune urbaine" for family viewing - a show about a french Canadien urban wildlife specialist living in Scarborough.
