Supposedly Hey Arnold’s city is based on like 3 or 4 including Seattle and Brooklyn and is on the West Coast, but I’m pretty sure there’s also an episode or two where they visit or talked about the history of the city during the Revolutionary War against the British which is obviously an East Coast thing.

I had flannel stirrup pants that I wore with an oversized Spice Girl t-shirt, the peak of 90s elementary school fashion. I paired it with some jelly sandals and bright scrunchies, maybe a neon windbreaker.
