INSERT QUACK TO CONTINUE

Taco Defender

quote:

Mr. Biden's memory also appeared to have significant limitations--both at the
time he spoke to Zwonitzer in 2017, as evidenced by their recorded conversations, and
today, as evidenced by his recorded interview with our office. Mr. Biden's recorded
conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Eiden
struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own
notebook entries.

In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse. He did not
remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview
when his term ended ("if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?"), and
forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ("in 2009, am I
still Vice President?"). He did not remember, even within several years, when his
son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan
debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said
he "had a real difference" of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact,
Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Eiden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo
to President Obama.

In a case where the government must prove that Mr. Biden knew he had
possession of the classified Afghanistan documents after the vice presidency and
chose to keep those documents, knowing he was violating the law, we expect that at
trial, his attorneys would emphasize these limitations in his recall.

Jesus Christ.

They're going to Feinstein him;

The people closest to him won't let him quit until he's dead because of the bennies they get.
But also, even when he's lucid, he won't step down because he has just enough cognitive ability to maintain a death-grip desire to be in power.

That's pretty much the entire Dem ruling class by now. The party is basically a cult of careerist parasites. Nobody in the position to make decisions benefits from getting the rotting fossils out of the big chairs until forced to.

god I missed that before. The argument wasn't even "he's too far gone to prosecute, it's not worth it", it's "he's so far gone we would never win the case". jesus

dem brainworms are so loving bad at convincing actual people to vote for them
there's some big local stuff on the primary ballot, like recalls for moms of liberty losers and the dem mailers are so focus grouped and based on 'common wisdom' about not wanting to upset moderates and GOP voters. Nothing in the dem mailers encourages me to vote for the recalls, it's greymeat "the following school board members aren't fiscally responsible and principals are quitting :(" so loving what?

The GOP mailers are the ones saying their loons are the only things keeping transgenders, wokes, and illegals out of classrooms and if these last bastions of liberty fall the schools will become socialist and queer indoctrination centers. The best the dem mailer gets is a single incredibly focus grouped line buried in there about "protecting classrooms for everybody." If they're too afraid to say who is in danger, I doubt they'll show real solidarity. Say we need to pay teachers more and kick cops off campus, don't just refer to a bigot's agenda as "fiscally unsound." Bathroom monitors and banned books would still be wrong even if they weren't leaving the district in the red.

Chances are the replacements are generic lovely libs, but in 2020 and 2022 there were actually good candidates with policy positions I support running for city council and state assembly who were too afraid to actually voice those policies in public. Like one of the city council candidates told me in a private conversation about their actual politics, but that they didn't think it was viable here. MFer, you lost because your campaign was just "look how crazy and bad the republican is." Nobody loving cares about that in a small city down ballot race! Inspire me to vote instead of just assuming legions of civic minded people will manifest if you're just the most mature and even-minded adult in the room

The Dems want the first woman President to be a historic electoral victory but Kamala getting installed after Biden dies or is deemed unfit for office is way more on-brand for them.
