Unless there's some obvious conflict of interest, which being appointed by someone obviously is not or it would happen all the time. Stalling the proceedings and making the DOJ appeal over and over and over isn't going to get her removed by a higher court for disciplinary reasons or something, the only real option would be impeachment which would never, ever happen with the senate we have. Cannon is far, far more likely to end up getting rewarded by the next republican in power with an appeals court position than be removed somehow. Hell if Trump is reelected he'd probably nominate her for a Supreme Court position and say openly "I'm giving her this as a reward for tanking the case against me." and a GOP senate would confirm her without even a moment's hesitation.
