Remember a few months back where DeSantis' SuperPAC posted the campaign strategy they wanted Ron to use and people found it and mocked both the PAC and DeSantis over the contents? That was done because the candidate and the PAC can't communicate on strategy or spending/fundraising. Posting the strategy publicly was the legal way to get it to DeSantis, but Jesus, how hard is it to put it somewhere no one is going to look instead of right on the front page? I can promise you that the Trump campaign is breaking all these laws actively because I don't Trump has ever seen a money related rule he won't break.
