Pro move would be to use a front loader and turn it 90 degrees so you can load unload at chest height from the stairs. What confuses me about the picture is the joints seem to be press fit (the rings on the joints look too fat for them to be Yorkshire joints) but they don't have the hexagonal profile of joints that have been pressed. Usually the pressing of the joints that makes them "hexagonal" is faint enough that you'll only notice it if you're close enough to touch them, from that sort of distance they'd look round.
