Tigger has a microchip-activated lid that opens his food dish when he sticks his head into it. Peaches is insanely food-driven, while Tigger nibbles when he pleases throughout the day. Hence the food dish for him. Peaches just scarfs hers down the moment we give it to her. the dish will close pretty quickly after Tigger moves his head away, or if Peaches’ chip is sensed. It’s been working for months. Anyways, Peaches finally figured out if she sits a foot away while Tigger eats, she can shove her face into the closing lid the moment he leaves, and the machine will eventually give up its attempt to close. Then she eats all his food.
