Sorry to ask this, but a while ago, during the start of this event, when Yemen was announcing marching forces to Israel, there was this spokesperson with a gun that talked a lot about keeping a promise that was posted a bunch here. Who was it. It wasn't Yayha Saree. I specifically remember a bigger five o clock shadow and being slightly greyed out.

Ansar Allah seems to have three primary spokesmen: Yaya Sahree for the military, Mohammed Abdulsalam for the political wing of Ansar Allah, and Abdul-Malik Badruldeen al-Houthi as leader of the Zaydi revivalist movement we all call "Houthis." I think Abdulsalam is the guy you're thinking of.

The two Israeli hostages rescued by the IDF in Rafah last week called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to send delegates to ceasefire talks in Cairo, saying that only a hostage deal will ensure the release of every captive. “We cannot rescue all 134 hostages in heroic operations,” Luis Har and Fernando Merman said in a statement with their family members who were freed in last year’s hostage deal: Gabriella and Mia Leimberg, Clara Merman.

when you and everyone in your social circle sees protesters as weirdo extremists, and the thought that they may be right never crosses their minds, it is easy to dismiss like I've had plenty of conversations with people who believe it was stupid and/or wrong for us to go into vietnam but who still believe the anti-war protesters were ridiculous

The plant at Petah Tikvah would've had to be overloaded with energy for its own grid to shed off, which means it probably is a technical issue. Technically, a cyber attack is also a "technical issue."

That's the kind of strategic commitment that's necessary if the US intervened on Israel's behalf in Lebanon, and we'd be doing it to a sovereign state with guarantees from the US government and not militias.
