The official F1 site is pretty good with stats and timing charts and during testing they usually have a summary video for each day.

If he doesn't have any delusions of winning championships, and doesn't do anything to piss off Max he can probably pretty comfortably take 2nd. Then they'll throw him a big send off party at the end of the year
