I found the front edge of the seat dug into the underside of my legs. Talked to the facilities/ehr/osha director at the office about it and he said that's why they're not considered very good chairs ergonomically and we had different chairs at the office with cushioning on the seat.

Not every chair fits every person so it's usually good to try a few different ones. I don't know about the Aeron specifically as I never used it but it's also possible its design is outdated. I do like the Mirra we have at work and the Steelcase Think I bought during covid.
