Ok but seriously though, why does the REPORT and QUOTE button keep swapping places? I thought I was going crazy cause I would try to quote people (via muscle memory) and the report post page would come up but only some times. I finally got a picture of it happening: … but I don't know how to upload any pictures.   E: apparently this is how things are now. Truly awful. Re: menu items inverting That’s poor usability and shouldn’t do that. Items order in a menu should remain regardless of where the menu is opening. Case in point, user up there talking about muscle memory 👆🏼. If there’s an issue with the code here that’s causing this, just turn that menu into a bottom sheet and it’ll be the same always. That’s a common pattern for iOS. Edit: new quote styling is cool. Loss of my ghost app icon is boo ☹️

It totally is an iOS thing. I hadn't noticed that they added a way to turn it off in iOS 16, so I'll do that. I think they were aiming for muscle memory by distance, instead of order?

Putting aside my slight shitposting for a second, plz set the menu order to stay with its ordering when the ellipsis is in the lower half of the screen, where Quote is most accessible to thumbs: Keeping it this way even when the ellipsis is in the upper half of the screen would be great!! All this applies to the user-specific menu too:  This order is superior to the upper-half-of-screen reverse order coz Profile should be most thumb-accessible. For some reason I’ve lost all the options for app icons. I’m just using the regular build from the App Store. The only option visible is the blue background with five gold bars.

Yeah from what I understand the bookmarks and the thread view are rendered in different ways. So those seemingly similar menus aren’t as similar as they might look. I meant Remove Bookmarks from the thread hamburger menu fyi.

As of this newest TestFlight build, I'm noticing the app hangs for 3-5 seconds when I open it after a few hours of having it closed/backgrounded? Whatever the term is This feels like a thing that never happened even on my older phone, it's super noticeable. I am going to power cycle my phone though to see if it fixes it, I noticed some weird glitches while browsing in chrome yesterday now that I think of it. Will report back if it persists.

Is long tapping on an image to isolate it not working for anyone else anymore? Awful app is the only place it’s happening. I double checked settings and nothing seems promising there for accidental changes. For troubleshooting, I’ve had multiple reboots and uninstalled/reinstalled the application. I’m all ears if there’s other steps to try.
