Caesar does talk about Hegelian Dialectics in new vegas, it's not totally out of nowhere. But to say the game IS a hegelian dialectic is either to just straight up assume that the genocidal warlord is supposed to be Correct which mostly says things about you, or more generously just be a dumbass grabbing the smartest sounding thing they remember from the game in an attempt to sound smart. Or in elon's case, probably both.
