I have a faint amount of nostalgia for how wcw would put snickers or Reese’s or slim jim on stuff I feel like the tech to make that stuff can’t be as slippy and hard to wrestle on as it was 25 years ago

I’ve always thought that was a fun look for the canvases, especially when stuff like the Halloween Havoc logo was so visually interesting.

I know it’s the cool thing to just poo poo all over WWE in here because they’re a bunch of chuds and match quality is clearly hindered by a different set of rules, but lovely all over the story and production in WWE when the alternative is a bunch of awesome wrestlers having quality matches shot with 30 year old camera equipment with minimal storytelling. Theres got to be a happy medium between the two.
