You're not going to get those piles perfectly in line without some really expensive and finicky GPS or laser guidance, which might not even be usable on a vibratory system like that. They're going to build off of them later to get an actually true support structure.

As the placement method is not millimeter accurate I think there's plenty of tolerance even if the GPS doesn't give pinpoint accuracy. The alternative is to use the pile rows as a reference. When your cabin lines up with this row, then you are x metres from that row and with experience you know how far you reach so you get close enough.

Maybe something to do with the distribution of force pressing down. Shouldn't be impossible to fix but I guess massively slowing down the manufacturing process is more cost effective somehow.
