Given some beauty shop stuff that was on another station on the right wall and the fact that those decals were advertising pyramid scheme beauty products, it seemed like it was a small cheap space used by a more legitimate and successful stylist who maybe knows those guys and lets them use the space for lowtax-type activities when they don't have a scheduled customer, but that's just my guess.
