There's still not much like it, so it's worth a try to see how well you like it. A lot if you are into what it does well, or not much if you have no patience for it. I wouldn't buy DD2 when you just bought DD1 and didn't even glance at it.

DD2 runs terrible on the Series X with the very first cutscene hitching like crazy. Still having loads of fun. Procedural pals ftw The telltale marks of CPU-bound performance, you get the highest fps when you're watching a vista with a massive draw distance and the worst framedrops when in a cramped dungeon with more npcs and monsters close enough to be active

A game about balls seems pretty intriguing but like most games it doesn't appear to be on Xbox as far as I can tell. Do you have link to the xbox version so I can play with some balls? I'm just trying to get some use out of my series X while I take a break from playing better versions of all the Xbox exclusives on PC or PS5. Currently my Series X is being used to prop up an aloe plant which is starting to feel like a waste of $500 tbh.
