I can sympathize. I got stung by a whole hive of bees when I was three. It's a terrible feeling because there's nothing you can do. I was outside with my sister playing on the big forested hill behind my mom's house. She stepped on an underground hive and a cloud of bees leapt out of the ground. All of them attacked me. My sister went running and left me behind. She stopped at the base of the hill, still maybe fifty feet from the back door of the house, because she noticed I hadn't followed. I remember standing at the top of the hill, clear of the tree line but with a steep, rocky hill under me, being stung by bees all over, and my sister down there yelling, "run, idiot!" She ran and got my mom, but by the time my mom got outside I had stumbled my way down the hill and had just kind of... glitched out. I dunno, t-posing like a Bethesda character. It was a cool fall day and I was wearing a wool sweater, so the bastards were inside the sweater. All I could think to do was put my limbs up and hope they went away. I was a dumb little kid. Luckily my mom had EMT training because even though I'm not allergic I got stung a shitload, enough to potentially hospitalize a three year old. She knew enough to deal with it after a call to the doc. I was stung 40+ times. My sister was stung zero times.

It's one of my oldest memories. Cut a groove right into my brain, but I'm not afraid of bees. Fuckers had a chance to kill me back then and they blew it. :colbert:

should be fine, glass pass through was common for cell antennas way back in the car phone days, and also existed for CB radio and other bands. the wattage on that all varies, but should be fine unless there's some weird metallic tint on the window, but that's not normal for residential applications

Yeah thankfully I wasn't a tot, that's scary, I was still worried I'd die from that many stings even though I was a teen without a severe allergy. But here we are. They'll have to do better than that.

My wife and I went to the Kualoa Valley in Hawaii and they talked about how there were so many invasive species of plant in the park that every year, they would raze a section of forest down to the dirt and replant only native species. I thought that was neat. It looked very much like what they�re doing in that video.
