Here is a typical example, you should be able to find an equivalent on most ballot years. I get what you are asking, I’m just saying that in Colorado we won’t see a bump in voters with a “protect abortion” amendment because we literally have abortion on every ballot (and we don’t have any concern about how it’ll be voted on).
