I've watched all of Ti West's stuff and obviously I'll have to wait to see it but this feels like the zenith for him. He's always been a competent filmmaker (X) with some misses (The Sacrament) and some mostly interesting films (Pearl) but I don't think he's ever really made a film that combines all of his strengths into something really killer. This looks like it may be it - very exciting, looking forward to it big time.

I always like it when there is a director a good chunk of people feel meh on but then they really like one movie of theirs and there is never a prevailing opinion on what that one movie is. Ti West is in this category (I generally enjoy most of his stuff tho personally).
