It read some of your tracks as half time, and now that you're trying to sync with master tempo it's doubling them. I.e. a 68 bpm track syncing with 140 now gets doubled up to 140 even tho it should be 70. the solution is to not tempo sync and move the pitch fader yourself. or, you know, just play them in winamp like every other DJ does

I'm a big fan of the releases from the label Illian Tape. Not strictly techno and they have a lot of influences from jungle, breaks, dubstep, hip hop, etc https://iliantape.bandcamp.com/album/iss008-iss008 i feel like a lot of genres end up becoming very inwards focused, like releases start as "someone puts a spin on something else" and that's neat but then later releases turn into artists just aping the genre formula. So stuff like illian tape is great to me because they look outwards and a lot of songs cross genre boundaries hearing poo poo now where uk dubstep/grime is merging with German techno and you're having crazy sets of breaks, dubstep, grime, ukg, techno, ghettotech etc all being blended at 140bpm and its fresh and dope as hell
