It's possible that this was a pre-existing hole that was then used for propaganda. I doubt they dug a special propaganda hole, although I guess that is possible. Here are some charts for explosions and the hole they make. I'm no good at eyeballing hole sizes so somebody else will have to.  (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)
