I remember seeing some article about functional longevity in certain careers, and while people like writers can work well into old age, both investment and tech bros were known for peaking early and then burning out trying to surpass their early successes. Elon encompasses both and I suspect he knows it's all downhill from here. But oh well might as well deny it, retreat to your hugbox, do a lot of drugs, and dance like an idiot while your career and reputation goes down in flames.

The only reason people make bots is because they generate money for the creator, Musky just wants a slice of that action. Why get rid of the bots when you can monetise them? It's dumb as poo poo if the idea is to create a social media platform but if the business model is now simply to provide a space for bots to signal boost scams it's a pretty good idea.
