W's evangelical faith was a very real driving force of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and a huge number of politicians like Ted Cruz, Jimmy Carter, John Ashcroft, Mike Pence, Huckabee, etc all are of the same militant wing that is directly working to bring about The Rapture. There are god knows how many lower level staffers, state officials, etc that are doing the same at other levels of govt. The Air Force in particular is nearly entirely run by them. I know this is burger posting but I do not think it can overstated how influential these lunatics are in government, and their lunacy is directly killing people in Gaza right now. Combating their influence is directly supporting Gaza and harming the state of israel.
