They really do think that because Biden is currently President, that Biden is screwing them over. To them, Biden is a dictator whose policy all goes into effect as soon as he takes office. They don't even understand the concept of legislation. At least the full-blown Trump-sticker-on-BIG-TRUCK types. Way back when the ACA was just being discussed, my sister-in-law launched into a tirade toward my wife and I at a family gathering because she knew we voted for Obama. She was pissed at "Obamacare" because of how much she was paying per month for insurance, and how much it was loving them over in addition to other medical expenses. It never occurred to her that she was paying those same amounts for years before Obama and our attempt to explain to her that the ACA wasn't even in effect yet (and was, in theory, being crafted to address her issues) fell on def ears.
