Some of it has gone to his lawyers. Some of it is going to his fines. He is also steadily getting more money over time and last time he campaigned he raised over 700 million dollars in 1yr.

There is 0 reason to believe he won't spend it on his fines or be unable to fundraise enough to do so. Hell just the scam stock alone will be enough to pay everything off and then some if he is able to start cashing out in Sept with a price over $30.

He isn't going to have to spend a single dollar on those fines. Or legal fees either.

The only way to really hurt him with monetary damages is to outright impoverish him with fines so high he'd go broke in one fell swoop. And there is no reason to believe that will ever be happening.

My goal posts aren't shifting at all: If his fines and fees get paid for by others he has suffered no consequences.

Where exactly he gets other people's money to pay for his crimes makes no difference.

Trump isn't invincible but its obviously drat hard to pin him down and court and to make him suffer for his BS. I don't like that that is the reality we all have to live with but it is reality.
