So it's a subtler disagreement than "actually protests SHOULDN'T be peaceful" I don't know this guy's views on whether the protests were violent or not so it looked possible he's backing up Biden saying you can still play by the rules and affect change like these other examples. (I'm not saying the protestors were violent btw)
