I tried doing this a few years ago and was assigned the browns but I hear their qb is a worthless pos so I don't fancy staying loyal.

KC chiefs because they have the most amazing qb in the league and a creative head coach. They rule.

Other fun candidate:
  • Miami dolphins - glass cannons. Fast and fragile.
  • LA Chargers - crazed (in the best way) new head coach and POWERFUL young quarterback.
  • SF Niners - they have one of the best offensive scheming head coaches in the league.

The Los Angeles Chargers are cool. They have great uniforms, a great young QB, just hired a good head coach and should be better next season.

Just never pick the Cowboys or Patriots, gently caress those teams forever.

If you’re picking teams why wouldn’t you immediately pick someone cool with a bad rear end QB like the Ravens.

Miami and Chargers will only hurt this man

Do the Texans. They just drafted and built a really fun team to watch and there's so few Texans fans, you'll have some novel fun.

Go Kansas City. Yes you will be accused of bandwagoning but who cares? You'll get an exciting QB and team, and you'll probably get at least one more Super Bowl win but probably more.

If you're more a masochist, go Chicago Bears. They just signed a franchise QB, gave him a ton of weapons, so you can see if it works out or not. For this same reason, I'd also recommend the Houston Texans, although CJ Stroud looks like the real deal.

Or do this and let fate decide your fandom: https://wordwall.net/resource/521765/nfl-teams. Now I'm a KC fan apparently.

Well poo poo now I'm a Panthers fan.

So that Bryce Young guy, I think he's the future, just gotta keep building up around him. How can you not love a down to earth owner who will go into random restaurants showing their pride in the team and to talk to local business owners about his plans? 2nd guy is pro level (in training, white belt = top 2 levels, black belt = minor leaguer). The drill they are doing is the lower ranking dudes are supposed to try and use the big guy as a tackling sled and if (usually when) they can't move him, they get ragdolled.

The getting might not be good for much longer. Entirely possibly that they’ve peaked, in playoff performance and in vibes.

They are going to lose their great OC next offseason and that will be that.

They will still be fun for a few seasons because they have a strong OL and a charismatic coach, but they’re not going to be contenders.

People have this weird idea that the second Ben Johnson leaves the Lions will fall apart, and I don't get it? Like, he's good at his job, but he's far from the only reason why the Lions were competitive last year.

As I understand it, a lot of the credit for the improvement in the Lions offense has gone to Johnson. He became more involved in things when they took play calling away from Anthony Lynn in 2021, the last two years they've gotten better each year, I think guys like Goff and others have spoken highly of him. He's not the only reason the Lions have improved, Dan Campbell has done an incredible job changing the team culture and he's, but Johnson has clearly played a big role and obviously people are concerned what could happen if/when he leaves to presumably be a head coach elsewhere, since ya never quite know how a new OC is gonna work out.
