I can’t find an answer to this,but does anyone know if the Japanese switch cartridge of SRW 30 has any dlc on it? The code it shipped with was expired, but I’m playing through it and finding Sakura Wars characters, which I thought was a dlc thing. I just don’t want to accidentally buy doc or something down the line I already have, although this games seems long as hell so I probably won’t buy any anyway. Yeah, they have a few "dlc preview" missions on there that have some of the units with scaled down move sets and no series bgm to get you to buy it.

Yeah, those missions are just part of the updated base game, on all platforms. I don't even really know if they'd make me interested in the DLC, if I hadn't already had them(And, of course, already liking the series), with how barebones the units feel in them.

This does not apply to the Banpresto Originals that were part of those DLC packs, like Sanger/Ratsel, Irm, Asahi, etc. Those pilots require you to do their respective recruitment missions that unlock after clearing the respective DLC recruitment mission that unlocks the rest of the DLC pack.

But yeah, you don't get much from the teaser missions, other than score and some currency.

I didn't end up bothering with Ignore Size on most of the little folks because usually their strongest attacks had the Ignore Size quality by default anyway
