Sublime is kewl. I loved them back in my middle school youth. In retrospect, yes, they have a lot of embarrassing songs. And they were often loving terrible live. Then when Bradley died they formed the Long Beach Dub All Stars or whatever and it was like 30 guys up on stage playing extended instrumental versions of Santeria

ugh. I forgot about Long Beach Dub Allstars. I worked at a dumb startup web company in 2001 and the dude bros that ran it insisted on playing music all day, which sucks rear end. “Oh, any time you want to put some of your music on, go for it! We’re cool!” Except it was always just them playing entire albums of lovely buttrock and nu metal and other fratboy favorites like Long Beach Dub Allstars. I don’t remember any songs fortunately but I do remember finding it embarrassing. Hey surviving Sublime members, leave dub reggae alone.
