Hey pretend for a while I put some effort into this OP and maybe I'll pretty it up after the holidays. BYOB has a new minecraft server for chill people looking for low-anxiety substitutes for socializing. Here's the server address:

192.99.149.171:25604

Post YOUR MINECRAFT NAME in this thread to get on the whitelist. Here are some helpful instructions on how to connect to the server:

- Packs > Resonant Rise Mainline > New Instance
- Version: 3.2.3.1-RC-MAIN
- Under ETERNITY click "Mainline"

There are a lot of rules on the server now, so read closely or get banned:
1. Don't be a dick.
2. Don't crash the sever too often.

Speaking of which, I've never run a server before, so be nice when it immediately crashes and I cry a lot instead of fixing it.

Control panel shows it's back up. The sever should reset itself every 15 minutes that no one' on it.

Everything is ordinary.

I don't like the yogscast pack, some of the stuff is horribly balanced. 2 days work and you're all but half a step from being in creative mode. It's fun but quickly becomes unfulfilling.

no idea, on the last map we didnt bother cus there was no taint close to us .... also maybe you can disable taint spread in some server ini if its bothersome

tc4 was a shitton of fun to do after getting used to its funky shitnizzle, i recommend it

yeah I rushed the tech tree last time I played so I could stop the taint infecting my awesome farm, but didn't really pay attention to much of the mod unfortunately, then lizwiz used HE explosives to get rid of gas and then the server shat itself

so these a couple of modmakers like it when playing a game & stapling digital lego blocks on eachother are very similar to an actual fulltime job in the real world

so theres this thing called taint which is just purple poo poo that consumes other parts of the map and turns your wonderful mud tower into a purple mud tower that hurts you

e: and you have to spend 2 days irl to 'research' a solution in some sort of magical table and then another week collecting materials to do something to counter the crappy rear end taint

but like i said if were lucky we dont have to bother with all that bullshit

i managed to log in, the server seems to be up and running and the spawn house looks pretty nice allready gg
