In things I never expected to exist - a Rolls-Royce powered 1970 Land Rover. And by 'Rolls-Royce powered', I mean it's the 1500HP Merlin engine used in the Spitfire and P51 Mustang.

This is a 'both threads' thing, you only need to watch the first 15 seconds, that's the best bit, there's no explanation or anything about the actual exhaust or why it was supposedly $12k so don't even bother looking for it. Maybe skip to see some Japanese supercars if you want but the video is mostly pointless outside of the intro piece in the tunnel. Just enjoy that a car sounds like it's going a million miles per hour whilst doing about 45. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cq_zqpK1VY

The exhaust is a straight pipe, equal length header custom made by hand in Japan. I'd imagine it would be expensive for one guy to make that his sole source of income.

Start with a Pagani Zonda exhaust system and slowly and painstakingly straighten it out to S-class length.

You Am I posted:AU was better than the VT Certainly not in looks department! I really liked the looks of the VT when it first came out but I don’t think it’s aged that well. Not that the AU is getting any better looking. I tried to fix my flatmates AU when the drivers side window got stuck open. Turns out that no, gently caress you, this is a painful repair, I think it cost her $700 in the end. gently caress that noise.
