It's a McChicken sandwich stuck in between the patties of a McDouble or a Double Cheeseburger. I take the bottom bun off the McChicken because that's a lot of bread. The Hot and Spicy McChicken makes it a Mexican Gangbang As for throwing a fish patty on there, it might work if you just use a single cheeseburger or maybe a bacon cheeseburger. After a point a burg can get TOO big and fall apart on you.

So, someone had mentioned SmashBurger as a pretty good place to burg, and we just had one open here a few months ago, just now got around to trying it today. Wish I had pics but my phone was dead and I was at work Anyway, I had the BBQ bacon cheddar smash and it was a very goddamn good burg. Also, their fries were awesome - they were glazed with olive oil and very liberally hit with rosemary and while that was a little unexpected, god drat it was good. Highly recommend, as long as you're okay with paying $10+ for a burg and fries. IMO it was worth it and better than any burger joint around here.

Yeah loving love me some SmashBurger. I got a classic the other day actually. The shoestring fries with fry sauce are the best. Dammit now I want SmashBurger, and its 1am.

Sizone posted:goona get a george foreman grill and grill up some furgs on it. GFGFs motherfuckers. Real talk: I have a GF and they grill certain things pretty OK - but burgers is not one of them. You end up with a very bland and not very juicy burger. George Foremans do sausage-like products quite well: brats, hotdogs and the like turn out nice but it can't handle the god-tier of grill foods.

Here's what I did: "Drink a poo poo ton of free rum and then stagger down the street till like.. Just before Cali 23 I think, and there's a burger place on the right. Might not be as far as Cali 23, is that still the famous one with the block parties and the big bar on the corner? But anyway this place I went to is on the right side of the street towards the market, but no where near as far as that. Got a rare burger and a beer for a buck. Sat beside a family, all the kids were drinking beers too. It was pretty cool. You can also buy pizza's there for a dollar, fold em in half and then walk down the street with em like the fat anglo piece of poo poo you feel like in beautiful Cuba. Enjoy my friend, its lovely." Oh poo poo wait you're going to Cuba in JUNE?!! You're going to die. It was 45 degrees celcius in April the last time I went.

Meats and beets burger buddies (that's just a little burger humor for our international friends "down under"!), OtherworldlyInvader here with another entry in my burger blog! Today was the day GI Joe took down the axis of evil and secured are freedoms, and it was a day for solemn reflection, family, and burgers! Burgers all pressed out and ready to go! When I was younger I once pressed out almost 1,000 lbs of hamburger into burgers in a single day with nothing but a Pyrex pie plate and elbow grease! I've put those wild burging days behind me now, ha ha! Grill that bun! Make sure the frying pan is nice and hot! These buns are ready and waiting for some burgers! Lets get to it burger fans! First burger on its way! When burging indoors, you really need stainless steel or cast iron! When it comes to burgin non-stick is no-good! The most important step! When shopping for burger ingredients I recommend buying the pickles in the refrigerated isle, they haven't been cooked to be shelf stable, and that makes them taste very fresh and crisp! She doesn't look like much but she's got it where it counts! Dressed up with some shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the all-american special sauce I posted before! On the side is some "deviled egg" potato salad (skins on!) I made earlier! Suggested serving size, 2 burgs! After "the itis" wears off, its time for a slice of ma's home made strawberry rhubarb pie! I hope everyone burged safely and responsibly today! Over n' out!
