Is so, to the best of my knowledge! It isn't safe, but I'm looking at figures saying 50% higher than baseline chance of mouth cancers, vs 1500% to 3000% higher than baseline chance of lung cancer for cigarettes.

No it would still be funny. You can tell the black man was defending himself cause he stopped when the white guy was down for the count so I can still enjoy it. I would love to see confirmation that he's a white supremacist so I can enjoy it even more but till then it's still good schadenfreude.
