that star trek timelines game is fun and i wish the actual game was a real game and not a freemium pisswheel because i really like the overall style and wish it was fleshed out a bit.

Does anyone have recommendations for shoot-'em-up games? I've played Sector Strike and Sky Force 2014 and liked both of them. There are a lot of shmups out there, but what I really liked about those two was the persistent upgrade system - that is, you don't just upgrade your weapon/ship during one level, but over the course of the game.

Yeah it reveals its grindness pretty quickly. They are insanely stringy with the premium currency to and push a $30 dollar ship pack on you and pressure you into buying it within the first 24 hours to get the Enterprise-D. Still playing it because I got a premium shirtless Sulu who's awesome and I just love Star Trek poo poo, if it wasn't for the license I would of uninstalled after a few minutes.

I made a Fleet "GOONFLEET" if anyone gets high enough to join. Also a huge bit of advice, you typically want your characters to be of the same faction because grinding for their upgrade gear is based on time-based shuttle missions and you only have enough to raise 1-2 factions at a time so the more people that are say Maquis the more you can focus on just Maquis missions and actually get the gear you need. socialsecurity fucked around with this message at 21:51 on Jan 6, 2016 |

Team17 have put out a new Worms game, developed especially for mobile: Worms 4 (not to be confused with the previous Worms 4 game). I think they banned me. I made a post on the forums with some feedback on the game and how they should improve the UI. It was a constructive post, no trolly poo poo. This morning my purchase was refunded, and now it won't log in. It just gives a splash screen of Star trek timelines.

Yeah it's in beta, you probably shouldn't buy anything (unless you're in the beta) or post critiques on their public forum. That said I doubt they banned people, they probably just updated the game and the apk available for sideloading isn't compatible

There are away missions where you take characters with science/engineering/leadership whatever and choose who does what. A little bit like a choose your own adventure but only 4-5 pages. Ship battles were pretty cool too.

Yeah, but you need to actually level them up and +5 them, and transcend them etc. That requires playing during hot time.
