That being said, I think it's better to improve upon the system we have rather than throw it all out and start over (with a new system that will have many problems which need to be fixed against the wishes of ideological purists). Yet the store owner still blames the bike path for hurting his business -- no, it's not the path's fault, it's your moron customers' fault.

Also this one time, this loving one time, I saw, I swear to loving god, I saw a cyclist only slow down and coast at a stop sign. Every morning I walk through the intersection at Ontario and E. 8th (https://goo.gl/maps/Kga4Yn4iFW92), right next to the lol hootsuite building. Ontario is one of the busiest bikeways in Vancouver. At the beginning of the year the city put a crosswalk in, presumably to make cyclists take notice of pedestrians and loving stop. For the most part it's worked but at least half the time, some loving rear end in a top hat on a time trial in his mind will blow right through the crosswalk. Cyclists are loving idiots because vancouverites are loving idiots.

The lady literally parked her huge truck directly in front of reception and stormed in to a quiet professional office to let loose a tirade before being kicked out by our office admin.
