I don't think I've seen the second Johnny English movie. I really liked the first one when it came out but in fairness I was 12 at the time so maybe it doesn't hold up at all. Kind of wish Rowan Atkinson was making more Maigret tv movies, though.

The sequel is surprisingly good though, mostly because they changed the basic concept from "Johnny English is a complete idiot who fails at everything" to "Johnny English is mostly an idiot whose unorthodox methods work because no one expects them to".

I can't remember a single thing from the first Johnny English but the second one was pretty inoffensive and occasionally funny-ish thanks to Rowan Atkinson's goofy hijinks.
