Primal attacks are actually pretty strong but share a (probably long) cooldown. Several low chance of success attacks that are stupidly powerful if they work, like Tail Screw and Missile. They have several *very* powerful buffs/debuffs which is probably why they don't want them in DF or in content past 50 because poo poo like 30% magic vuln would turn other jobs into absolute monsters in combination with Trick Attack etc. Most importantly, Flying Sardine is on the list. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but there's some new glamour stuff for sale at the gold saucer besides the 2m MGP bling mount. There's a wooden sword for the SAMs here for example.

MSQ spoilers: The negotiation scene is probably one of my favorite scenes in FFXIV so far. It was something to see the Emperor dunk on Gridania and Limsa, and then see the Emperor reveal that he really is pretty batshit during round 2.
