theres a place on the typing ability continuum between hunt and peck and ~~~fingers poised over the home row with prescribed movements and a specific set of letters covered by each finger~~~ not that i actually believe the latter is the top end of the typing ability continuum because its some data entry secretarial school bullshit

My PS2 variant from 1999 is still working perfectly after a lot of heavy use, so you get what you pay for with the Kinesis. The USB version feels a tad different from my old one though so something may have changed. Also Kinesis + Dvorak means no coworker will ever use your computer.

i have boring microsoft keys but like it http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/natural-ergonomic-keyboard-4000/B2M-00012 also dvorak soft layout because i was procrastinating from thesis aka sperging the gently caress out ten years ago and decided to learn touch typing and thought i might as well go the full monty
