Bit late, but if nothing else the one reason they cannot take healer DPS fully away is because otherwise how is any healer gonna get through a duty without timing out. ...at least I hope they thought of that  Edit: It is hilarious how the one thing I kinda was curious and worried about the most got mostly glossed over.
