The woman in that video is bullying the store employees, but she also seems like she's on the edge of an anxiety attack. The only person I've ever encountered doing this in real life just kept screaming "It's over! COVID IS OVER!" over and over again like some kind of magical incantation that would make everyone pull their masks down and force things to go back to normal.
