His emotional and judgemental descriptions are a pretty neat memorizing technique. I now totally remember that garlic is The Enemy and sheep sorrel is filthy communist, I wish various "useful" stuff was written this way.

The reference to a Lady Slipper as another name for this sent me off to read about MN state flower. I knew it was a 'lady slipper' but it turns out to be a "Showy" LS, a relative of the mentioned one. A little digging brought me here:  Man, the Lady Slipper has been a protected flower in Minnesota for almost 100 years. It's pretty rare, I've only ever seen it twice. I bet no one alive has hallucinated from Showy Lady Slippers.

Find one of these weeds on your property, harvest the seeds, sneak in to your neighbor's property at night, scatter them about. Also: I found a way to scan things better! Ah, I think I got it now even with the plant subtitle cut off. It fully reads "a cousin to the Shepard's Purse." Just imagine a knockoff tumbleweed blowing through some guy's shaggy lawn spreading seed, forever.
